Refund Policy

At Mood In A Mug, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are custom-made and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify, all sales are generally final. However, we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are issued under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or misprinted

  • The item received is significantly different from the product description

  • Your order never arrived due to an error in fulfillment

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/color selection

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is sent to Printify for production and cannot be canceled or changed.
