Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number from Gelato. You can track your mug’s journey to your doorstep via the carrier’s website.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your mug! Because each item is printed on demand, we only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll work with Gelato to make it right.
